Emergency Spare Parts Supply Solution for Ukraine's Reconstruction

To address the urgent demand for excavator spare parts and unstable logistics channels in Ukraine's post-war reconstruction, an "Emergency Reserve + Flexible Logistics" plan has been formulated: More than 200 types of commonly used excavator spare parts are pre-stocked in warehouses on the Poland-Ukraine border, enabling urgent orders to be delivered directly to Ukraine's reconstruction sites via land transportation within 72 hours. For the demand of special spare parts, an "Air Transportation + Customs Clearance Green Channel" has been opened. In cooperation with 3 local customs clearance companies, the customs clearance time has been shortened to 3-5 days.
